Wieden + Kennedy has won a place on the COI Communications £156 million advertising roster. According to Campaign magazine, Peter Buchanan, the Deputy Chief Executive of the COI, said that 'the new roster agencies don't necessarily follow the rules. They look for opportunities outside of traditional advertising and have other communications solutions'.
